A violation of 12 AAC 52.855 - 12 AAC 52.885 by a pharmacist is grounds for the imposition of disciplinary sanctions under AS 08.01.075 and AS 08.80.261. A violation of 12 AAC 52.855 - 12 AAC 52.885 by a practitioner not licensed by this board shall be reported to the practitioner's licensing board.
