Salvage and reprocessing

A wholesale drug distributor is subject to the provisions of all applicable federal and state statutes and regulations and local ordinances that relate to drug salvaging or reprocessing, including 21 C.F.R. Parts 207, 210, and 211, as amended as of February 6, 1997.
