- (a) Subject to available funds and considerations of travel costs, the board may hold at least four in-person meetings each year at times and places designated by the board, in as many separate geographical areas of the state as possible.
- (b) Subject to available funds and considerations of travel costs, special meetings may be held upon the call of the president or a majority of the members of the board, at the time and place as may be designated in the call.
