To renew a mechanical administrator license, the licensee shall submit

1. (1) a renewal application on a form provided by the department;
2. (2) the fee established in 12 AAC 02.245;
3. (3) certification of compliance with the continuing education requirements of 12 AAC 39.400 - 12 AAC 39.460.
