A road construction contractor performs the following services:

1. (1) grading, filling, and leveling;
2. (2) drilling;
3. (3) blasting;
4. (4) sand, gravel, rock, and water hauling and dispersing;
5. (5) compaction;
6. (6) staking;
7. (7) wooden bridges; or
8. (8) culverts.
