For a licensing period that begins after June 30, 2026,

1. (1) clinical supervision may only be provided by a clinical social worker, psychologist, or psychiatrist who

   1. (A) has not less than three years of experience as a licensed clinical social worker, psychologist, or psychiatrist;
   2. (B) holds an unrestricted license to practice clinical social work, psychology, or psychiatry in the state or other licensing jurisdiction during the period of supervision; and
   3. (C) has completed not less than six hours of continuing education in supervision or supervisory practices; and
2. (2) a clinical supervisor shall complete an additional six hours of continuing education in supervision or supervisory practices during each biennial licensing period.
