- (a) A currently licensed hairdresser, instructor in hairdressing, or hair braider in a shop that is licensed by the board under 12 AAC 09.110 may provide instruction in hair braiding in accordance with 12 AAC 09.164.
- (b) The trainer under (a) of this section must have held a license in this state for at least one year before the training begins.
