Alaska Admin. Code tit. 12, § 09.111 – Mobile shops

The board may issue a shop owner license to an applicant with a mobile unit for practicing barbering, hairdressing, manicuring, or esthetics who submits

(1) the physical location where the unit will be parked when not in service;
(2) a statement detailing the type of services to be provided;
(3) the name and residence of the unit's owner;
(4) the documentation required under 12 AAC 09.110(a)(7); and
(5) payment of the applicable fees established in 12 AAC 02.140.
