1. (a) The department or its designee at the examination site will assign each applicant for examination a number by which the applicant is identified during the examination.
2. (b) Except for the purpose of receiving an identification number as described in (a) of this section, an applicant may not reveal the applicant's identity to an examiner.
3. (c) An applicant may not make a reference orally or in writing to an examiner about any school or instructor of barbering, non-chemical barbering, hairdressing, manicuring, esthetics, body piercing, tattooing, or permanent cosmetic coloring, or present licenses held.
4. (d) Repealed 12/6/2020.
