(a) The following uses are prohibited in open-to-entry districts:
- (1) any industrial use;
- (2) removal of rock, sand and gravel;
- (3) mobile home parks of more than two mobile homes;
- (4) multiple-family dwellings, except for duplexes.
- (b) Commercial activities may be authorized as a conditional use in accordance with sec. 100 of this chapter.
- (c) Incidental uses that are conducted from the home are permitted, including child care, home crafts, sale of home-produced items, and other similar home business activities that employ only persons living on the premises.
- (d) No further subdivision of lots is permitted without approval of the director, after compliance with sec. 110 of this chapter.
- (e) The open-to-entry district is intended for present or future rural residential purposes. It is designed to permit most types of residential development while at the same time retaining a low population density and maintaining a rural character.
