The director may require any additional information, in accordance with AS 38.05.035(a)(8), necessary to consider an applicant's, claimant's, permittee's or lessee's compliance with the statutes and regulations, including financial information, qualifications, business structure, and other information the director determines necessary. Failure to comply results in rejection of the application and is a default under the terms of the permit or lease and the regulations applicable to it.
