An inspection program to detect corrosion damage to wellhead equipment, pipelines, and subsurface casing and tubing must be periodically conducted by the operator in order to safeguard life, health, property, and natural resources. Records of all inspections must be made and filed in accordance with 11 AAC 87.110.
