The annual labor requirements set out in AS 38.05.210 and 11 AAC 86.220 apply to a lease. If a lease includes multiple MTRSC locations, or a combination of traditional locations and MTRSC locations, the annual labor rate will be computed by the acreage method under AS 38.05.210(a)(3).
