A licensee shall, on or before the anniversary of the effective date of a carbon storage exploration license, deliver to the department

1. (1) an annual report detailing the activities in the previous year and planned activity in the coming year in accordance with the work commitment adopted under the license;
2. (2) all geologic data and geophysical data obtained under the license; and
3. (3) the annual fee required under the license.
