Where the storage lessee also holds the right to produce oil or gas not previously produced in conjunction with stored oil or gas, any lease covering the oil or gas not previously produced shall be extended for the period of storage and so long thereafter as oil or gas is produced in paying quantities from the zones or geologic horizons used for that storage.
