Alaska Admin. Code tit. 11, § 82.951 – Plan of operations

(a) Each operation conducted under an oil and gas exploration license is subject to the provisions of 11 AAC 83.158, and 11 AAC 96.010 - 11 AAC 96.140.
(b) For an exploratory drilling operation, a licensee shall allow representatives of the department to
1. (1) be on-site for drilling, coring, and testing; and
2. (2) examine the core after drilling.
