1. (a) When homesite parcels are to be made available, the director will announce a simultaneous filing period, during which applications will be accepted for an entry permit for each parcel.
2. (b) An applicant may apply for as many parcels as desired, but may file no more than one application per parcel.
3. (c) Each application must be separate and complete, and must be accompanied by a nonrefundable filing fee in accordance with a fee schedule posted in the district offices of the department.
4. (d) The application must be on a form provided by the department. It must include a certification that the applicant is qualified to obtain a homesite entry permit under AS 38.08.030.
