Agricultural preference rights under AS 38.05.069 may not be exercised at a sale by lottery. A parcel subject to a lessee preference right under AS 38.05.102 may be offered at a sale by lottery, but if anyone other than the holder of the preference right applies for the parcel, it will be sold at auction.
