The vendee will take all reasonable precautions to prevent, and take all reasonable actions to suppress destructive and uncontrolled grass, brush and forest fires on the land under contract and comply with all laws, regulations, and rules promulgated and enforced by the protection agency responsible for forest protection within the area wherein the demised premises are located.
