Within third-class boroughs and the unorganized borough, a quarter-quarter section, or other aliquot part division containing approximately 40 acres, is the smallest parcel that may be created by aliquot parts without the preparation of a plat. The director shall determine, on a case-by-case basis, the maximum parcel size for disposal that may be created from existing data on a paper plat.
