1. (a) The division will make a determination as to the completeness of the original or renewal application and will notify each applicant in writing that the application is complete, or of any additional information or submittals necessary to complete the application.
2. (b) Not later than 30 calendar days after receipt of the request, an applicant must submit any additional information requested by the division.
3. (c) Upon a determination of the receipt of all requested additional information, the division will notify each applicant in writing that the application is complete.
4. (d) The division will grant or deny an application for registration or endorsement subject to 11 AAC 40.400 - 11 AAC 40.420 not later than 60 calendar days after sending an applicant written notice that the application is complete.
