1. (a) An application for renewal of an industrial hemp registration must be filed on a form that the division prescribes, with the information and documents described in this section. A renewal application for a registration must be postmarked or received by the division not later than 15 calendar days before the end of the applicant's registration term.

2. (b) An industrial hemp renewal application must

   1. (1) identify the class of registration to be renewed;
   2. (2) provide detail of any change of information set out in 11 AAC 40.050(b) on the original application; and
   3. (3) report for each registration held by the applicant any notice of violation that has been issued under this chapter.
3. (c) Unless the division makes an earlier decision on a timely filed renewal application, a current registration remains valid for 90 calendar days after the end of the applicant's registration term.

4. (d) Each signatory to a renewal application for an industrial hemp registration must declare under penalty of unsworn falsification that

   1. (1) the renewal application is true, correct, and complete;
   2. (2) the signatory has authority to bind the applicant; and
   3. (3) the applicant has read and is familiar with AS 03.05.010, 03.05.076 - 03.05.100, and this chapter.
5. (e) Before the division approves a renewal, all fees, including non-refundable application fees, registration fees, and, if applicable, industrial hemp product endorsement fees set out in 11 AAC 40.100 must be paid.
6. (f) If an applicant applies for renewal of more than one class of registration, a separate application must be submitted and all required fees for each class must be paid before the division will approve the application.
