Alaska Admin. Code tit. 11, § 40.020 – Registration required

(a) A person may not produce industrial hemp in the state unless the person has obtained an industrial hemp registration from the division to participate in the Alaska Industrial Hemp Program. The division will issue the following classes of industrial hemp registrations for participation in the program under this chapter:
1. (1) an industrial hemp grower registration;
2. (2) an industrial hemp processor registration; and
3. (3) an industrial hemp retailer registration.
(b) A person may hold a single registration or any combination of classes of registrations.
