1. (a) This chapter sets out the administrative review procedures available to a person adversely affected by a decision of the director or the board related to the fund or an asset of the fund.
2. (b) A person adversely affected by a decision made by the director may appeal to the board under 11 AAC 39.810.
3. (c) On its own motion, the board may reconsider a prior board decision within 30 days after the decision was issued or at the next public meeting, whichever is later.

4. (d) A person adversely affected by a decision made by the board, that is a final administrative decision, may either

   1. (1) seek reconsideration under 11 AAC 39.820; or
   2. (2) appeal to superior court under the Alaska Rules of Appellate Procedure.
