- (a) No person shall import into the state, sell or expose for sale, any shipment of birds or hatching eggs which does not bear a certifying tag stating that the article shipped is from flocks which have been tested by competent authority and declared disease-free.
- (b) All shipments shall be made in new containers.
- (c) All shipments of birds and eggs for hatching shall have attached to the container labels bearing the essential date declaring the stock and eggs to be from disease-free birds.
