The board may hold meetings, a part of which are executive sessions closed to the public in accordance with AS 44.62.310(b) and (c). The board, in its discretion, will hold an executive session if it is necessary for the board to discuss or otherwise reveal information which the board has voted to accept as confidential information under 3 AAC 56.090.
