Subject to the exceptions of this chapter and AS 44.62.310, the meetings of the board are public. Reasonable public notice will be given for all public meetings of the board. The notice will include the date, time, and place, of the meetings; general topics to be discussed or considered; and the location of any teleconferencing facilities that will be used.
