1. (a) Except as provided in (b) of this section, the use of off-road vehicles is allowed in the Chena River State Recreation Area on trails officially designated and marked as open to off-road vehicles.

2. (b) The following trails are open to the use of off-road vehicles except when posted as closed due to trail conditions during spring break-up, the absence of adequate ground frost, or the opening to snowmobile use under 11 AAC 12.035(b)(7):

   1. (1) Angel Creek Hillside Trail;
   2. (2) Compeau Trail;
   3. (3) Stiles Trail;
   4. (4) Chena Hot Springs (Yukon Quest) Winter Trail.
