The department will administer applicable provisions of 11 AAC 12.035, applicable provisions of 11 AAC 12.190, and 11 AAC 20.375 - 11 AAC 20.397 in accordance with the portions of the management plan adopted by reference in this section. The following portions of the Wood-Tikchik State Park Management Plan, dated October 2002 and developed in accordance with AS 41.21.164, are adopted by reference:

1. (1) the parkwide management policy addressing levels of commercial use, as set out in Chapter 7, pages 7-3 and 7-4;
2. (2) the parkwide management policy listing specifics of zoning guidelines, as set out in Chapter 7, page 7-8;
3. (3) the guidelines on party size in lands designated wilderness, as set out in Chapter 8, Table 8-1, page 8-8;
4. (4) the guidelines on motorized equipment, as set out in Chapter 8, Table 8-1, page 8-12;
5. (5) the unit-specific management guidelines set out in Chapter 9.
