- (a) Except as provided in (b) and (c) of this section, the use of motorized boats is allowed in Alaska Marine Parks.
- (b) The upper bay of Shoup Bay State Marine Park is closed to the use of airboats, hovercraft, hydroplanes, and jet skis.
- (c) A person may not operate a motorized boat at a speed greater than five miles per hour in the upper bay of Shoup Bay State Marine Park.
