- (a) The use of aircraft is allowed in Alaska Marine Parks, except for the purpose of practice landing or as otherwise restricted in (b) of this section.
- (b) The upper bay of Shoup Bay State Marine Park is closed to the landing of aircraft unless authorized by the director under 11 AAC 18.010.
