In this chapter,
(1) "aircraft" has the meaning given in 11 AAC 12.990;
(2) "assembly" has the meaning given in 11 AAC 12.990;
(3) "camp" or "camping" has the meaning given in 11 AAC 12.990;
(4) "campground" has the meaning given in 11 AAC 12.990;
(5) "campsite" has the meaning given in 11 AAC 12.990;
(6) "director" means the director of the division, or the director's authorized agent;
(7) "division" means the Division of Parks and Outdoor Recreation, Department of Natural Resources;
(8) "permit" means a written authorization, revocable with or without cause, to engage in uses or activities that are otherwise prohibited or restricted;
(9) "state park" means any land or water managed by the division;
(10) "structure" has the meaning given in 11 AAC 12.990;
(11) "vehicle" has the meaning given in 11 AAC 12.990.
