- (a) The provisions of this chapter apply to royalty payments in connection with all state oil and gas leases.
- (b) This chapter does not apply to the accounting, reporting, and payment of the state's net profit share interest in connection with net profit share leases under 11 AAC 83.201 - 11 AAC 83.295.
