“Did the Appellate ‍​‌‌​​‌‌‌‌‌​​‌​‌‌‌‌​​​‌​‌​​​​‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌​​​​‌‌‌​‌‌​​‌​‌​​​‌‌‌‌​​​‌​​‌‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌​‌​​‌​‌‌​​​​​​​‌‌‍Court properly dismiss the defendant’s appeal on the ‍​‌‌​​‌‌‌‌‌​​‌​‌‌‌‌​​​‌​‌​​​​‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌​​​​‌‌‌​‌‌​​‌​‌​​​‌‌‌‌​​​‌​​‌‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌​‌​​‌​‌‌​​​​​​​‌‌‍ground that it was an appeal from the ‍​‌‌​​‌‌‌‌‌​​‌​‌‌‌‌​​​‌​‌​​​​‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌​​​​‌‌‌​‌‌​​‌​‌​​​‌‌‌‌​​​‌​​‌‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌​‌​​‌​‌‌​​​​​​​‌‌‍granting of a temporary injunction?”
