I dissent for the reasons given in the dissent to Flowers v. State. The “legal constraint” factor on ‍​​​​​‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​​​‌‌​​‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌​​​​​​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌​​​​‌​​​‌‌‌​‌​​‌‌​​​​‌​‌​​​‌​‌‌‌‌​‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​​​‌‍the sentencing guidelines scoresheet should not, for any reason, be multiplied.
