PER CURIAM.

It appearing that appellant seeks ‍​​​‌​‌​‌​​​​‌​‌​​‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​​​​​‌‌​​​​‌​​‌‌​‌​​‌‌​​‌‌‌‌‌​​​‌‌​‌​​​‌​​‌‌‌​​​‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​​​​​‍review under Criminal Procedure Rule No. 1, F. S.A. ch. ‍​​​‌​‌​‌​​​​‌​‌​​‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​​​​​‌‌​​​​‌​​‌‌​‌​​‌‌​​‌‌‌‌‌​​​‌‌​‌​​​‌​​‌‌‌​​​‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​​​​​‍924 Appendix, of judgments of conviction as to which the ‍​​​‌​‌​‌​​​​‌​‌​​‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​​​​​‌‌​​​​‌​​‌‌​‌​​‌‌​​‌‌‌‌‌​​​‌‌​‌​​​‌​​‌‌‌​​​‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​​​​​‍sentences imposed have been served, the subject is moot and ‍​​​‌​‌​‌​​​​‌​‌​​‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​​​​​‌‌​​​​‌​​‌‌​‌​​‌‌​​‌‌‌‌‌​​​‌‌​‌​​​‌​​‌‌‌​​​‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​​​​​‍this appeal is hereby dismissed.
