In compliance with the direction of ‍‌​​​‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌​​​​‌​​‌‌‌​‌​​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌‌​​‌‌​‌‍the Supreme Court of Alabama in Ex parte Yelder, 575 So.2d 137 (Ala.1991), this cause is remanded to the ‍‌​​​‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌​​​​‌​​‌‌‌​‌​​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌‌​​‌‌​‌‍circuit court for a hearing on the Batson question.

REMANDED WITH DIRECTIONS.
