Petition of Evelyn Woods for Certiorari to the Court of Criminal Appeals ‍‌​​​​‌​​​‌​‌​‌​​‌​‌‌​​‌‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​‌​​‌​​‌‍to review and revise the judgment and decision of that Court in Woods v. State, 57 Ala.App. 1, 325 So.2d 517.
