Under the rule obtaining in such cases we ‍‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌​​‌‌​​‌​‌‌​‌​​‌​​​‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​‌​​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌​​​​​‌​​‌‌​​​‌​​​​‌‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌​​‌‌‌​‌​​‌‌‍are unable to review the questions of fact presented by the petition for certiorari. Postal Tel. ‍‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌​​‌‌​​‌​‌‌​‌​​‌​​​‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​‌​​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌​​​​​‌​​‌‌​​​‌​​​​‌‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌​​‌‌‌​‌​​‌‌‍Cable Co. v. Minderhout, 195 Ala. 420, 71 So. 91. We may add that the record of the ‍‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌​​‌‌​​‌​‌‌​‌​​‌​​​‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​‌​​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌​​​​​‌​​‌‌​​​‌​​​​‌‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌​​‌‌‌​‌​​‌‌‍Court of Appeals has been read, and we find in it nothing .to cause regret that ‍‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌​​‌‌​​‌​‌‌​‌​​‌​​​‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​‌​​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌​​​​​‌​​‌‌​​​‌​​​​‌‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌​​‌‌‌​‌​​‌‌‍the rule of this court in the matter of review by certiorari is as it is.
