Plaintiff commenced this action in justice court to recover damage to the amount of $99.50 for certain hogs alleged to have been killed by a dog owned, kept, and harbored by defendant. Plaintiff recovered a judgment in the justice’s court, and an appeal was taken 'to the circuit court, where a trial was had de novo, and a judgment rendered in favor of plaintiff for $59 and costs. Defendant brings the cause to' this- court on appeal.
Fnding no error in the record, the judgment of the circuit court is affirmed.
