Sacred Heart Hospital, 753 A.2d 829 (Pa.Super.2000), other opinions of the Superior Court ‍​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌​‌​​‌​‌‌‌​​‌‌​‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌‌​‌​‌‌​‌​‍and Pennsylvania Rule of Civil Procedure 1035.2.
