The ‍​​‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌​‌‌​‌​​​​‌‌​​​‌​​​‌​​​​‌‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌​​​‌​​‌‌​‌​‌​‌‌​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌​​​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​​​‌​‌​​‌​‌‌‌‍fourth instruction, granted by the court at the request of the state, ‍​​‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌​‌‌​‌​​​​‌‌​​​‌​​​‌​​​​‌‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌​​​‌​​‌‌​‌​‌​‌‌​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌​​​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​​​‌​‌​​‌​‌‌‌‍is erroneous. It omits the qualifying-clause that the false swearing must have ‍​​‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌​‌‌​‌​​​​‌‌​​​‌​​​‌​​​​‌‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌​​​‌​​‌‌​‌​‌​‌‌​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌​​​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​​​‌​‌​​‌​‌‌‌‍been intentionally and corruptly done.
