Rogers, J.

— We are of opinion the judgment should be affirmed, for the reasons given by the President of the Court of Common Pleas. We refer to the 2d, 3d, 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th errors assigned. We give no opinion on the 1st and 2d errors, as we do not deem them the subjects of a writ of error.

Judgment affirmed.
