AFTER REMANDMENT

PER CURIAM.

This case is reversed and remanded on authority ‍‌‌​‌‌​​​‌​‌​​​​​‌‌​​​​​‌‌‌‌​‌​​‌​‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌​‌​​​​‍of the Alabama Supreme Court’s decision in Wilson v. State, 405 So.2d 696 (Ala.1981).

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
