PER CURIAM
Petitioner James Edward Williams was found guilty by a jury of two counts of aggravated robbery, two counts of terroristic threatening in the first degree, theft of property, and battery in the third degree. An aggregate term of 360 months’ imprisonment was imposed. The Arkansas Court of Appeals affirmed. Williams v. State, 2009 Ark. 684. Now before us is a petition for review filed by petitioner Williams pro se.
We do not reach the merits of the petition as it was filed pro se. Petitioner represented himself at trial, but he accepted appointment of counsel on appeal. We do not allow a petitioner to substitute his judgment concerning whether and on what grounds to request review for that of his attorney. George v. State, 2009 Ark. 444 (per curiam) (citing Brewer v. State, 371 Ark. 532, 268 S.W.3d 332 (2007) (per curiam)). Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
Petition dismissed.
