Judgment reversed on the law and a new trial granted, with costs to abide the event. We think the learned trial justice erred in rejecting the testimony of the witnesses as to the condition of the stoop at the time of the accident. Kelly, P. J., Rich, Jaycox, Manning and Young, JJ.; concur.
