Western Union Telegraph Co. v. City of Philadelphia

9 Sadler 300 | Pa. | 1888

Per Curiam:

That the companies, defendants, were and are properly sub*305jeeted to a reasonable license fee is not an open question; and we concur with the court below in its conclusion that the fee charged is not so obviously excessive and unjust as to authorize a revision of the action of the city councils.

Judgment in each case is affirmed.
