No fraud or collusion ‍​‌​​​​‌​​‌‌‌‌‌​​​‌‌​​​​‌​‌​‌​‌​​‌​‌‌​​​​​‌‌​​‌​‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌‌​​​​‌‌​​​​​‌‌​​‌​‌​​​​​‌​​‌‌‌​​‌‌​​​‌‍being shown, the judgment rendered against the principal was conclusive ‍​‌​​​​‌​​‌‌‌‌‌​​​‌‌​​​​‌​‌​‌​‌​​‌​‌‌​​​​​‌‌​​‌​‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌‌​​​​‌‌​​​​​‌‌​​‌​‌​​​​​‌​​‌‌‌​​‌‌​​​‌‍evidence of inc debt thereby ascertained, both against him and ‍​‌​​​​‌​​‌‌‌‌‌​​​‌‌​​​​‌​‌​‌​‌​​‌​‌‌​​​​​‌‌​​‌​‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌‌​​​​‌‌​​​​​‌‌​​‌​‌​​​​​‌​​‌‌‌​​‌‌​​​‌‍against his surety on the recognizance subsequently taken upon his ‍​‌​​​​‌​​‌‌‌‌‌​​​‌‌​​​​‌​‌​‌​‌​​‌​‌‌​​​​​‌‌​​‌​‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌‌​​​​‌‌​​​​​‌‌​​‌​‌​​​​​‌​​‌‌‌​​‌‌​​​‌‍arrest on execution.
