The facts of this case are fully stated in an opinion rendered by us today entitled: Isaac E. Boggs v. L. K. Transfer Co., Inc., 11 So.2d 262.

For the reasons given in that case, it is ordered, adjudged and decreed that the judgment be, and it is, affirmed at the cost of plaintiff.
