There was no exception to any ruling rtpon any question of law. The evidence was sufficient to support ‍‌‌​‌​​‌‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​​​‌​​​‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​​​‌​​​‌​​‌‌​​​‌‍the verdict. The discretion of the judge in refusing a new trial will not be disturbed.

Judgment affirmed.
